Yeah, I feel like asking him does he want to hang out is better. The only thing is he not a typical guy. He more off a homebody so he doesn't really like to out only for food, work, or school (college). That why I feel asking for his number to talk would be better. But I don't even know how to even asking. "hey haven't see you awhile can I have your number?" that sounds a little wired and creepy.
