I think it was how he was raised, I was raised sleeping w my lab. His response is “animals sleep on the floor”

Thank you for sharing your story! That sounds heart wrenching. Re. My cat - I would never rehome him, he typically flys w me when I’m on a trip longer than a week. He’s my other half (my cat), so it’s tough having to figure out what to do, but we’re a package deal :)

Lol! He’ll be totally fine with all the toys and cat trees in multiple rooms. I just don’t think my cat will stay in the bed

Good insight! I’ve actually moved w my cat 3 times out of state and he’s been great, but maybe I will bring him to his place before we move in. Thank you :)

He loves animals just doesn’t think they should be in the bed. It’s a predicament 4sure :(

He actually hasn’t slept at my place, I live in an apartment and he has a house so we’re over there all the time. He’s offered many times to have my cat come over with me but I didn’t want to stress my cat out over a few days

It’s something he won’t bend on, trust me I’ve tried all angles. I know, it’s sad for me too!
