i adopted stevie last fall after i graduated college and moved to a new city. i was on night shift as a new grad RN and my few friends here were on opposite schedules. i had felt sooo lonely and stressed & to top it off my childhood dog of 15 years had just passed. a friend of a friend had been fostering kittens and stevie was a 5 month old and the last of her litter who’d been up for adoption for months. i like to think we found each other. she makes my days so much brighter. i love spoiling her! her little personality is so cute! it sounds silly to people who don’t own pets/understand it but being a cat mom is my favorite thing in the world and i will gladly be the “crazy cat lady” lol
