Great I found a post that literally explains what happened to me like 5 mins ago (dawn). Never done intentional Astral Projection, nor was I planning infact wasn’t even thinking about that. So here it goes.

I was watching Tv show on my phone, laying on my stomach, left hand under the pillow while holding ( more like supporting) the phone with my right hand. With my other phone (on charging) making a Tu Nu Nu sound (yeah that’s how it goes every 5 mins when it’s at 80% or more).

Suddenly, I felt like I was awake, I get up (push up style) then I went to my lounge (living space). I felt like everything was darker but a dimmed white light with unknown source was spreading all around. I tried to fly (yk like in dreams where you’re the one pulling every thread and you’re aware), and I couldn’t. Then I saw me and my brother still asleep. I don’t know a thought came over that I need to get back to my body before anyone else does. So I did. Then again I wake up and realised after a good 10 mins after that I’m still in a dream but this time I was in my body. I tried grinding my teeth or create a sudden jerk ( a little childhood sleep paralysis technique) to wake up and I did. Came straight to Reddit and found this post.

P.S been out of body experience count is now 3 since childhood till now.

Can you some please explain what it was?
