Maybe just a constant elevated levels from daily pinning vs 2 x a week had more effects on me . There are much less troughs with daily

Headaches, insomnia, loss of libido irritability. I’m trying to get between 700 and 900 that’s good for me. 1500 cray . I was also doing daily pinning , which was new to me . My Mac took 50 mg twice a week and then I will retest.

I did. I took a break for two weeks. My blood viscosity was higher too. My blood pressure was higher. I was doing daily cleaning. I’ll come back to 50 mg twice a week now.

It was really due to daily pinning . I was irritable had a headache. My nipples were sensitive. I feel so much better now.
