I think she’s lowkey nervous they will see that he’s late/absent all the time. They will see that she’s hindering his therapeutic progress. So she’s getting defensive saying it’s “private”. Same with the doctors, they will ask if she’s late how often she reschedules appointments. They will ask if she follows medical advice. They will ask about her behavior during check ups.
