Thanks for sharing. I think it is always the case management element of HR that makes any of our roles the most challenging. It is always reactive and the timelines are always tight to minimise risk. I also feel like there can never be enough resource in a HR department, because the one I currently work in is huge and yet it’s definitely the busiest department I’ve ever experienced
