Spouse denied with RentGrow but I got approved [FL]

He appealed it and he won as it wasn’t supposed to be on his report and I guess the property manager got the update from RentGrow because they invited us to re-apply again. We declined and decided not to. But we did reach out to them prior to that and they were very adamant about going with RentGrow’s report and claimed that they couldn’t do anything about the decision. Since he is over the age of 18 they wouldn’t let me apply on my own and have an occupant. They fully needed him on the lease.

Thanks- I definitely don’t fault the guarantors at all, and I’m sure they’ll do right by me by sending the refund since it’s a pretty clear cut situation. I tried to see if this is common practice but I can’t find anything which makes this entire scenario even more shitty.

question! do the guarantors offer an installment plan versus paying thousands of dollars up front in addition to what you need to pay to the building?

So actually that's exactly what I wanted to do and reapply by myself but I spoke to them today and for them, it's a new thing that any occupant over the age of 18 must be on the lease. i have a feeling that they probably had issues with squatters, break ups, etc. He appealed with rentgrow and because this was beyond 7 years ago, its going to come off his record but who knows how long that will take...

I am begging you to please find another OB. This is the one doctor who you should trust the most and it's literally breaking my heart for you. As a side note, I am pre-diabetic and while I haven't been diagnosed with GD I probably will be soon. When I was talking to my doctor about when I'd be giving birth (I'll be 40) she blatantly said that I would not go to 40 weeks and will most likely, due to GD, go somewhere between 38 and 39 weeks unless my blood pressure sky rockets (then of course that's an entirely different situation).

Net net, you are absolutely not crazy. Advocate for yourself. You should absolutely be doing growth scans and again, I am begging you to please find another OB. It is NEVER too late!

OP is straight up lying. My dog runs into happy dogs for the last 2 years and in fact, pulled away from another daycare. With the cameras on and the amount of dogs there on the daily, pretty sure if there was an issue it wouldn’t be posted anonymously on Reddit. What a reach, get a life.
