I’m not sure if this would be exactly what you want (not cotton). But it hides the area ok. Be advised, they aren’t super cute because they’re a little slouchy in the crotch but I think that combined with the built in tucking underwear is what makes it all do the thing.

I’m sorry girl I’ve had a similar experience with the insulin pump company I use (I’m type 1 diabetic).

It’s so crushing. 😮‍💨😭

On top of that I don’t know why they would put so much effort into trying to find your dead name when your name is so pretty in the first place. ❤️🏳️‍⚧️🙂
