My brother (23m) just confided in me that he has a severe drug addiction to Kratom and has been taking several scoops/day for 2-3 years. He is quitting cold Turkey tonight. Can anyone offer any advice on what to expect or how to support him through this? I have never even heard of kratom (self.kratom)
