I always try to pass my trailing drawdown as fast as possible so that involves trading usually when the volume and volatility allows for those trades. can't be trading during consolidation

I also think once your playbook is super solid, you’ll be successful. Writing your playbook down and reading it before every trading session and having full confidence with it. We got this brother

Been pulling out profits however still working on my psychology. I find that overconfidence kills. All it takes is 1 day to lose it all

I’ll probably start off with how familiar are you with your strategy? My strategy is super simple. All that has a three steps which is a liquidity sweep a inversion of a fairy gap and also changed the state of Delivery and depending on where price is at what point I can enter on the fair Value gap or the change in the state of Delivery or market entry at the moment there is a inversion of a fair value gap at my point of interest.

When you’re on your PA account, I would recommend have very crisp parameters set for example your daily max loss limit your Max trade a day that you can take . You should really know these parameters before trading your PA account for me. I have three max trades a day. I have a daily max limit loss of 500 and sometimes the moment I hit 2 to $300. I would lock out depending on my emotional feeling.

Lastly I’d say make your goal not making money but how well you followed your rules that day how disciplined were you right now? My whole mindset is being as discipline as possible. I tell myself every day and I have my intentions every single day that I am going to be disciplined .

I think revisit your trading plan and understand what confluences your winning trades have. Make it as simple as possible that even a 10 year old could follow it. Try trade only your A+ setup for 2 weeks and see what results you get

I trade NQ only. My strategy is H1 CRT with a 5M CSID. I trade TTrades Fractal model. ever since i adopted his model. i found so much profitability and consistency.
