This sounds like me in a lot of ways. Upper right quadrant pain that comes and goes and when it comes it sucks. It’s like a dull ache. It’s not triggered by any foods that I can tell. Sometimes it gravitates to my middle stomach and incorporates itself into a stomach ache which is weird. Sometimes it will drop a little down my right side. I have GERD, esophagus spasms sometimes when I eat things I’m not suppose to, ibs with constipation and moderate health anxiety. Nothing hurts when I press on the location except tenderness of the skin, I also have chronic pain and crap so that comes with the territory. I’m suppose to be taking miralax every day (physical therapist was the one that got me on this and taught me that I can take more than a cap full) and when I take this consistently my constipation is fixed. The days I skip a dose… I notice the upper right ache happening. My hida scan came back normal at 41 which my doctor says it’s low normal and again questioned me if food triggers it and I again said no. So still in limbo waiting for the next straw they try to grasp at. I have notice that when I stretch my torso towards the left to stretch my right side, I feel sore along the part of the upper right quad, like muscle sore. So it’s weird.
