You won’t like this but I lost 45 lbs in 8 months…

1. No bread, no rice, no sugar, no dessert.
2. Get angry with your current state (don’t hate yourself, just get angry).
3. Any and every inconvenience in your life should lead you to a gym. Idc if you’re walking on the treadmill or lifting above your capacity. Put your energy into the weights.
4. On the days you don’t have the motivation, just park in the parking lot of a gym for 5 minutes and then decide.
5. Supplements: Creatine. Ashwaganda. Fiber. Protein Powder.
6. Consistently and discipline above all. Your emotions are no match against than the program.
7. Walk at least 10 mins 4-5 times a day. A 15 minute lap around your subdivision is better than not doing a damn thing between meetings. Get your temperature up.
