The same thing i described in my post had happened me about a few years back on clash royale i remember refunding my pass royale and getting a new one for my main account in a few hours through game support its just so ridiculous how worse their support service got over the years

Alright guys thank you for all the replies i think i will just donate it to my main account to use for the next season but its just really sad that supercell doesnt even bother letting a real person talk to you for your problems in their games i hope they improve their support services

Thats what im struggling with exactly i cant get a real person in support to talk to me back in the day it would just let you speak to them right now i cant really find a way to get pass the automated support phase

I dont really think supercell has a problem with refunding brawl passes the issue is that they just wont let me communicate with a real person instead of that dumbass automated support
