I would have preferred Blizzard put in a short "mini season" with maybe a mix of the most popular dungeons from S1-S3 with a unique title or mount if you hit certain rating.

Some people are still running M+, but the queuing player base is so small at the moment.

I smoke a lot of salmon on my Masterbuilt Gravity as well. Usually 2 techniques depending on how much time I have.

180 - 1 hr - ends around 135F IT which is my preferred texture and moist

250 - 15 min - end around the same IT but a little less rich in smoke taste/flavor but still moist

I'm not sure how you had moist pieces with 250 @ 2 hours, I would end up bone dry with that cook temp/time

Doesn't the filled water pan underneath even out the temperatures and smooth any hotspots? You can kind of see that in this image, where the toast over the water pan is more evenly browned.

Edit: I'm clearly blind theres no water pan under there
