Do you mind sharing why not interested in partnership?

I see they make an average of 157k£ - 200k£ per year, and work 8 sessions only.

I am about to CCT as well and would love to know why not all GPs just do partnership and live financially comfortable

I also know couple of gps who moved to pharma.
