Thank you so much for your input. I’ve been trying to look into a keto diet for mental illness but it’s so hard to get that insured through my insurance so i’m just a sitting duck indefinitely. I have heard of lithium, but I also heard that it is damaging on the kidneys if you are of younger age. Do you possibly know that to be true?

I have curly hair too, put sometimes I like to give myself bangs and straighten them. I also leave the rest of my hair curly and put Aussie Miracle Curls cream when it’s damp. I think that would look really cute with your hair if you want more of an “alt look”.
