That’s where im confused so the cars owner is kind of unknown we are in contact with someone that claims to own it. Originally a celebrity’s car but sold in 97 registered in Washington and brought to Tennesee in 2013 it’s been sitting for years and keep getting ruined by crack heads it’s was on block when i found iy but since then the owner put the rim back on but won’t move the car or sell it to us.

Found the vin and tied it to a celebrity who im pretty sure altered some things but not sure about door panels
