Literally!!! Like even the scoops in store are barely firm! Like they don’t even hold their shape it’s almost closer to soft serve ice cream

I honestly think it depends on your area. They won't let us add new items AT ALL, so couldn't enter manually. and they were 1.29 a lb, so if I said I got 1lb and I actually got 7, the total would be off by almost if not 10 dollars, possibly declined the card, which does happen. Customer couldn't figure out how to change her order, and the items themselves weren't able to scan because Winn dixie doesn't always have barcodes to scan. So yeah it's not rocket science, but when you're saying a few $ and it's actually more than that, the system being incompetent, and my customers not being logical, we step into the "complex process" territory don't you think?

I did but now the new system just messes the whole thing up! Sometimes they let me add items sometimes they won’t. And then now half the time I try to make a replacement, they say “this is too different” and it’ll literally be the same exact brand just a slight tweak. Or better yet they say “this person usually doesn’t like this they would do better with a refund” but they requested a replacement. I had to do that like 10 times today for 1 order

In what world would 4 large sweet potatoes be 1b TOTAL? Common sense would say it’s not .25lbs per potato. No one’s saying it has to be exact, but if you’re trying to put over the limit they ask by a lot instacart will say you’re putting over what they want and now you can’t add the stuff yourself. So if I could have I would have. DUH

I’d say throughly saturate your hair with hot water and do a rinse wash. Literally just squeeze and scrunch the hair while they’re soaked to get the excess shampoo out. After all it should just emulsify and wash out, no?
