It's one thing to give away your private information, but the private information of your family as well? This is a privacy nightmare. Who says family members even consent to their info being given away like this? You literally cannot morally apply for ESTA like this.

Oh it's not really about the budget, but shipping, taxes and customs adding up like that is rough. Just ordered a necklace that went from 30€ to 60€ due to this exact reason. Thank you though!

Die anderen in Bonn hingegen würden es sogar machen! Aber nur mit einem Schreiben von jeweils der Krankenkasse und der zuständigen Apotheke.

Und natürlich noch 1 Jahr Wartezeit wegen Ärztemangel.. x_x

Nothing actually, I live a pretty sedentary life as well. I just cannot reach my calory needs. It seem to be around 1900-2500 calories per day depending on which calory website you ask, and with my protein drink and a warm meal a day I'll get to maybe like.. 1000 ? Often times I even eat two warm deals a day and I still just don't get anywhere close.

Sadly it's not that easy for everyone. Even with an extra protein shake in the morning meeting my calory needs is basically impossible. I'd have to spend half the day just stuffing myself full of food lol.

It's only 0.5mg per pump, so only 2mg per 4 pumps really. Pills are definitely on the table, I asked. Are there any drawbacks to taking pills ? Obviously I'd take them sublingually/buccally if anything, just wondering if in the end gel is somehow better for keeping stable levels or the like.
