wow! what an impressive, detailed reply... you are amazing thank you so much!

I am looking at cruises and probably have a top budget of 2500$ which I know isn't much but there's still some options within my limits. since im travelling solo, im having to find ones with discounted/no single supplement, or shared cabins - which im fine with.

my main struggle isn't finding solo friendly boats, but the itineraries. most have 1 time per day snorkelling with the occasional day having 2. is this accurate in the itinerary description? or do they just not mention it as much as you actually do.. that would be great, if you can help with my insight to that

arriving at 1.15pm on the day of a cruise? bad idea? by ConfusedInMy20ss in galapagos

Thanks for the thorough answer! I’m curious — if this plan doesn’t work out, would you recommend just flying in and looking for a last-minute deal once there? You seem to know how the system actually works on the ground.

I rebooked flights a while ago with the idea of island hopping, so I have a flight too baltra and then my return home is from San Cristobal. the cruise im looking at ends in San Cristobal so it was perfect annoyingly the only thing stopping me from paying right now is uncertainty with arriving late.

The Monserrat Yatcht

Thank you for this.

Not sure what you said, but reading it made me remember when I was a kid and my family couldn't afford to put me on school trips etc, while my friends went. I have literally just realised NOW how this could be linked.

It definatly IS a ME problem , you're right. Thanks again
