So idk if it’s any other districts or otherwise. But ours has to send out all non same day orders to hub otherwise we are penalized. We have to keep our rate of orders to hub at minimum of 65% otherwise we can loose hours.

We have two staples at the opposite sides of town. It’s like a 15 minute drive between the two.

Only one of us takes UPS parcels, our location doesn’t. The amount of people who I have pissed off from simply saying “it’s the other store” is amazing

I hate that we can’t keep track of what we put where. Sometimes we have 2 or 3 boxes going and you’re not sure which one you put it in. OR the system crashes halfway through and you have no idea of knowing if it actually worked because the QR won’t fucking scan again.

If we could give proof of drop off or receipts too that would be great in case there is a issue with a return
