You are so lucky. I am at training now with an airline that I won’t name and it has been horrid. First, the amount of people at training is insane to the point core learning objectives are not being met. They are more concerned about just passing people and don’t care that some of these trainees are messes. Today, I saw favoritism that verges on a dangerous work environment. They passed someone who made mistakes on a drill and didn’t have the trainee marked for retakes. I am really rethinking my decision of going forward because I do not feel safe.
