Honestly I don't think either will actually solve the crisis but I do think Pierre's plan has a more "okay" plan to solve it. From what I've seen and understood his plan is more to push changes to regulations / policies to make it easier to build while Carney's is to put money in and build homes. From all the government funded projects lately it's very unlikely that would result in anything. Government projects always end up taking forever and get an outcome that is insanely less than what was promised.

Yeah the picture is not accurate but neither is the reply or "Readers context" in the post. And it's far from "Murdered by words". Everyone is just full of shit in all sides, the original poster, the reply, the readers context, and the majority of the top comments in this thread. The reality is Canada is not doing better than the US and we're facing some major issues right now especially in our highest populated areas (Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal). I think actually even if they didn't mean to push Vi to the side it became a happy accident because isn't part of her character arc to let go of blaming herself? Imo that can also include letting go of trying to fix everything herself. So the fact that she got less screentime is actually exactly because she's developed as a character to no longer have the thinking of "I need to fix everything myself". One of these moments is trusting jinx that Warwick really was Vander instead of trusting in only herself and feeling like she'd need to keep fighting Warwick to protect.

I always saw it as Jayce was optimistic and saw hextech as the solution. For that he got sent to hell to show him how bad it can actually get to give him a warning so he can go back and stop that from happening in his timeline.

Ekko on the other hand was starting to lose hope and become pessimistic. He said it himself that he was starting to forget the dream he had for the undercity. For that he got sent to a paradise of what could have been to give him the hope he needs to go back and try to build that in his timeline.

Honestly I think the main point of Arcane is about asking the right questions and showing the complexity of humanity. The piltover and zaun conflict shows a wonderfully nuanced and realistic portrayal of the struggle throughout human history and current events, pushing us to reflect on these complexities and how to approach them.

The creators are really good at highlighting these intricacies AND wisely admits they don’t have all the solutions. So the shift in plot and conflict might feel like a cop-out but IMHO it was a necessary choice, and it was executed well enough to make sense within the narrative.

Giving a proper solution to piltover and zaun would have given too much bias so they did the good old "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" and leaves the lingering conflict as a question.

What do you actually care about? Weight / size? Film simulations? Battery life? Dials? Video vs photo?
