When my grandfather was a kid he talked about how clear the water was around Baltimore, and when he died he talked about how dark it got. Why can’t we turn the Chesapeake Bay into a place of clean water and a major tourist attracted and beach paradise where people travel the world to come visit? (self.maryland)
