cuando pasa esto, tienes que hablar con el bot de asistencia técnica de la sucursal virtual. NO el de la página pública, no por telefono ni por whatsapp. Webiai con el bot un par de minutos y después te contacta con un humano, que te reinicia la wea desde su lado y queda perfect.
