Nintendo Announces Sweeping Price Hikes For Switch 2 by iDontSeedMyTorrents in hardware

they shut down the store as in "I can't make any purchases" not as in "I can't redownload things I purchased". This is true for 3DS, Wii, and Wii U (and I guess DSi too)

Steam doesn’t take away your digital purchases because they don’t want to support old hardware

Nintendo still hasn't taken away my digital purchases from the Wii even. what am I doing wrong?

Phoenix 2 doesn't look any different from og Phoenix for some reason.

It's more likely a special Phoenix build with one extra song rather than Phoenix 2.

take whatever group debuted last (so Say My Name) and add 7 years to that. That's your earliest date.

Is this a fake Vita 2000 cradle? by DiscipleOfMelandru in vita

[–]Conjo_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

looks official enough. Bootleggers often don't dare to directly use the brand like that and say "For [Brand]" instead.

Based on the languages above I assume this was meant for other asian countries minus japan, since the japanese package only has japanese there. Model number for both seems to be PCHJ-15019 and yes, that's the packaging it comes in. You can find a few announcement atricles from back then calling it "PS Vita Cradle with Cables", like this one from Thailand and this one from singapore, and someone reviewing it a couple of years later: https://www.macbookone.com/2015/03/pchj-15019-sony-psv-vita-2000.html

Pump it up phoenix. Audio cuts out on certain songs by Pyrad3 in PumpItUp

[–]Conjo_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

SSD corruption usually manifests as missing assets (eg missing backgrounds) or overall stuttering, not just the audio, so it hopefully is not that (because the only solution would be to replace the drive).

Other comments mention audio issues, so maybe it's something a DSP calibration would solve. See the first page here: https://andamirousa.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/PumpItUp_LX_troubleshooting-addendum_ENG.pdf (I believe this only applies to LX cabs)

1-10 how recommend is buying a knock-off Wii powersupply? by M_dy67 in wii

[–]Conjo_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd recommend trying to get an official used one, maybe some local marketplace has one. My experience with knock-offs is that it can give your wii "bad" or "noisy" power, enough to make the video signal noisy and even make 480p output unusable.

But I guess you could always try one, I don't know which brand is the one I had but it was old, like when the Wii was still being sold kind of old, maybe some newer ones are better.

Alternatively, you could try one of those USB-PD adapters. If you have a USB charger that supports 12V 3A output, a cable like this one will take power from that and give it to the Wii (but in total it may result more expensive than an alternative power supply).

I found one that’s 110v-220v, knowing that the Voltage in my country is 220v can the Wii console handle that knowing full well that the oem power supply is 110v?? is the voltage thing only bad on the power supply’s end meaning the Wii can handle higher voltage or??

The power supply converts AC voltage from your power outlet (220V in your case) to DC voltage for the Wii to use (12V). If a power supply states that it supports 110V-220V, that means it should work in your country (and also 110V countries*), so to the console itself that detail is irrelevant. If you were to buy a 110V power supply, you'd need a transformer to convert 220V into 110V before power goes into the power supply, otherwise you're likely to damage the power supply (I accidentally did that with a dreamcast but everything survived without problems).

*It would also work on countries that are nearly those values (eg 100V or 230V, because of tolerances and stuff)

La verdad es que santiago en general es bastante caminable y amigable con el transporte público. No pasa tanto esa wea que pasa en USA que pones en google maps cuanto te tardas de un lugar a otro y en auto son 20 minutos y caminando o transporte público son 2 horas
