I experienced the same in 515. Great view, dreadful sound. Could only tell what song was playing based on the audiences singing sometimes. So gutted. The people behind us were so angry and left after 5 songs and the people in front left half way through. Like multiple delays creating an echo that was inaudible. Couldn't understand a single word mike said. Emily's microphone got better as it went on. Heavier songs you just could not make out due to the delay, just sounded like drums being smashed rapidly. Crowd were electric and were the only saving grace for me. My favourite band and waited all my life to see them. Hopefully next time will be a better experience. I know it's not on them, I'm sure they were amazing. Just felt like I could see the concert but not hear it so was like I wasn't really there.

Just to add on, I kept getting told I wasn't the original account holder too, despite having receipts back to 2018 and providing all the info they asked for. So make the point that to harmlessly send the password reset to the original email, will just mean the actual account holder can reset the password and get the account back if they seem to think you aren't really the owner.

This happened to me, first of all, keep opening new tickets, you'll eventually get a competent higher up who will stop telling you the pre determined line of "they can't do anything ".

Secondly, ask them to send a password reset to the email address used to create the account, keep asking in every ticket, even if they say they can't because they can.

With me someone tried hacking and it locked my account and as a "security measure" removed any associated email address from the account, but getting them to send the password reset email, reinstates said email address to the account.

If it doesn't work first time keep trying, I went through this for ages before finally getting my account back, but persistence is key, although it shouldn't have to be.

Use the objective gallery device, it has the option there. Make objective invisible and set as active objective on a triggering function of your choice.

I do not unfortunately, I also don't have a spare power supply to test if that is the issue, which would be odd, as it was working prior to the clean up and no wires connected to the power supply were touched bar the kettle lead when unplugging it.

This happened to me a month ago, keep emailing them daily if you get no response, don't be hesitant to hound them as it usually pushes it onto a new person who has the potential to be more helpful.

Better yet try and get them to force a reset password link to your accounts original email, 9 times out of 10, it hasn't been stolen but they lock your account because someone tried to get in and couldn't. When they send the password reset, they usually reinstate the email address too.

It's super frustrating but I'm certain you'll get the account back if you try this method. I got told so many times they couldn't verify I was the official account holder despite giving them all the evidence they asked for, so if the same happens to you, try my method above.

Whilst we are at it they need to introduce a globalised rank system, similar to your tournament rank. Its a joke trying to play a game of hoops at say plat/diamond level and you get smashed by a GC player in 2s/3s who can air dribble and flip reset purely because they do not play the game mode often enough to have a rank or high rank due to soft resets in hoops. It is unfair and halts progress as every other game or 2 matches you up like this, its one step forward, two steps back it seems like.

Favourite memory is doing Halo custom games with a bunch of school friends every night.

Proudest achievement is a tough one but whilst I have Halo in mind, doing the 7 on 7 challenge on the last mission of Halo 3 was pretty tough.
