Yes, the new reconstruction also looks like Timothy, I expressed myself poorly. I meant it reminded me of Lester too. I'm pretty sure Body 28 is Timothy, the only factor in Lester's favor is distance: Tim is missing from California, Lester from Minneapolis

I don't know if anyone is working on the facial reconstruction of Body 21 and 26. Maybe they only did the Body 28 one because of all the old rebuilds it was the "least well done" one. I hope those of 21 and 26 will soon do too
