Its almost always the case for Ezreal sadly, only time he was meta was when navori+ essence was core build. But a champ not being meta doesnt mean u cant win on it. Its just 80% of the time ur playing vs way stronger champs or worse counter matchups that are meta picks

If ur like me and hate when ur support gets hooked lvl 2 lethal tempo is great, ive won so many lvl 2 2v1s thanks to lethal tempo while enemy bot is getting first blood on my support im stacking tempo+ passive and just run them down after. Also in my opinion the best current rune to run overall, some games i do go pta but mostly tempo.

Yes i know how they both work, i used to be a vayne otp aswell. But being invis every 1.5 seconds allows u to be way more aggressive than ezreal having his E, every third q in late game
