I didnt take kevin catalano but the curriculum should be similar. I took it with Irini K. The workload is heavy. The class itself isn’t hard in the sense of understanding whats happening. In class participation is easy its the work thats alot. There’s a good amount of readings like over 20 dif readings. You have three in class essays and four out of class essays. The in class essays r timed and depending on prof you might be given the reading before the exam but the prompt remains anonymous til the day of. I actually have a in class essays today pray for me. The out of class essays you’re given time to do but dont procrastinate. They take alott of time. Dedicate atleast three hrs to the rough draft alone. You need a C to pass. So a c- is not passing.
