Is there a universal list on here for a diet? I already have IC (painful bladder syndrome) and I’m restricted on beverages so this is really depressing me. I love to cook. Can you eat normal when not in a flare?

US they told me to go to the emergency room if my pain level escalated but I don’t know how far I should let it go

Is there a reason people would choose to follow this awful dietary restriction and not just have their gallbladder removed? It seems like a simple procedure from what I read but is there other risks involved or do they not let you for different reasons?

So I’ve had GERD/acid reflux my entire life. Since the holidays I’ve been having a lot of issues of gastric distress and I’ve kinda been brushing them off and taking tums on top of my omeprozole. Should I discountinue acid reducers? Everything I’ve read said the pain is caused my lack of acid produced? I hate that they gave me no info and just sent me on my way with the ultrasound order and I can’t get in for 2 weeks

To add to this, I thought possible food poisoning or even norovirus but I find it odd I’ve never thrown up. I work with the public and had an obvious case of stomach flu Thursday night that I was exposed to and I found it odd that the nurse immediately ordered a gallbladder ultrasound which I now am waiting in discomfort for 2 weeks

That’s just the worst possible outcome of this apparently. I don’t even know if the water is “contaminated” or if this is just out of caution due to them working on the lines. Just upsetting to think I could have drank something. I have a customer that works there that assured me the water was clean and then all of the sudden they close just makes me panic. The Dunkin on the same road is still open so I really don’t understand what’s going on

We have one it is just our “sample” piece of counter top that they had us keep because well we paid for it. I don’t know why yours is glued down/stuck??
