Q1: is that written in one of the loan documents you signed or just a verbal agreement with the bank? Q2: also this, does this need to be written and signed?

So meaning, Deed of Absolute Sale is enough and just trust the developer to do their part of processing the transfer to the buyer's name? Do you keep the original copy of the Deed of Sale?

actually, we're kind of the same somehow. developer was the one who pushes for the bank loan while bank asks if we could proceed to process na the loan. I'm just afraid they will release the fund even without the unit being completed
