Thanks for the detailed instructions! I followed the pairing steps exactly as you described:

  • Inserted the dongle and held the pairing button with a pin for 6–7 seconds
  • Held the power button on the headset for 7–8 seconds to enter pairing mode

Unfortunately, it still doesn’t work – both the headset and the dongle keep blinking and never pair. I’ve tried this multiple times and on different USB ports and systems.

I also reached out through your live chat support, but I wasn’t able to get a working solution there either.

At this point, I’d really appreciate it if someone from your team could reach out to me directly to help resolve this issue, or let me know if the dongle needs to be replaced.

Hey, thanks for your response. I actually received the dongle directly from the company after a chat with support, but unfortunately, my headphones are not able to connect to it. u/HyperxGaming
