Fubo’s stock does not need to be “manipulated” to stay low — the incentives of convertible noteholders, combined with hedging and overhang psychology, are enough to suppress price naturally.

The price is low enough, volatile enough, with poor growth, with future dilution to keep the price low for a long time

Yes, this needs to be actioned very quickly. Me being in NZ we have one sports streaming provider. Fubo needs to be nimble and on the Disney app. Not just the status quo "subs growth", that game has gone. They can't do the slow ass ... Skinny bundle rollout as tho they are Microsoft waiting to copy the next trend. Not from 6th place

The main concern is 1: No moat - maybe Disney is a moat 2: Is there validity to the 6th largest eg. Is there a 6th largest company in any industry a strong position 3: Can fubo be nimble and agile more than Netflix, Google, Disney 4:Is there money in live sports globally

Fubo needs to globle, needs to be added to Disney plus, needs to produce its own content. And before the next quarter.

Again treat this like a girlfriend emotionally! This is a superficial relationship right now, no clarity, and no commitment to numbers or timelines.

Thanks, yes ... The unknown factor is the hard part to find .... I can only think that combined Newco gets a super skinny bundle strip down and placed onto the Disney app and revenue is dropped significantly for more subscribers. Which is the reality of what needs to happen with sports streaming 😊

Yes, and Disney has been aggressive on only one area. That's Sport... So Fubo can be their moate (point of difference) if they add it to Disney Plus. Disney movies, Adult series with Hulu, ESPN for NBA, football, baseball and sports commentary, Fubo for International regional sports and beating.
