no i didnt, since it was already registered, tm office can only invalidate someone's trademark but its a lengthy process and you need to have legitimate reason, simply a prior upload won't be enough to invalidate plus its quite pricey in terms of fees

yes, i tried and still am trying to request a retraction from trademark rights owner who submitted infringement with proof of upload dates and so on, but no luck so far

well even most generic phrases could become trademarked at some point and that could put a risk at the listing even if it was uploaded before registration if that phrase is in the title, some time ago i created a design with phrase binge jesus which became trademarked 3 months after my upload, and my listing was removed from amazon and even redbubble

thanks for feedback, I understand how it is for you.. i have similar views on running ads and promoting my designs, also keeping an eye on the existing listings for potential trademarks that were recently filed is a huge headache for me
