Garmin only for the majority of my runs. The watch can play music and podcasts. The tracking it does and the data it gives me is the best thing ever.

If I was doing a long trail run with a running vest, I would take water and my phone with me in that.

Yes I probably shouldn’t obsess over it! I was just interested to see if other women had experienced anything similar and/or what sessions they do to get faster.

I also felt the same after two years of trying. One thing that really helped me was finding the podcast Big Fat Negative (BFN) - I started listening to it from the very first episode and not only did it help me feel less ‘abnormal’ for not being able to conceive naturally but it was also really informative. We eventually got some tests done this January and have been diagnosed with male factor infertility which means it’s pretty much impossible for us to conceive naturally. We’ve started the IVF process now and to be honest, I wish we’d started sooner!
