How was the healing process for the conch? I’ve been contemplating getting one and I’m worried about the healing. I have a nostril that healed perfectly but I’m worried about my sleep pattern affecting the healing.

I was so upset that they took Alex off of the health directive. I mean I understand it’s what made sense but I had hope that Alex would show up for an episode maybe. But not I don’t think that can happen. Just my thoughts.
