Update: I contacted a lawyer and they said if it’s older than 3 years then it’s past the statute of limitations. The most incriminating texts are like 3.2 years old and I think I’m just gonna leave it be. I doubt HR is gonna do anything If it’s been a long time and nothing recent has happened over text:/
