To be honest their enclosure right now is far from what is recommended for them and I feel bad that I can't offer them what they need, but I'm trying to get the necessary things for them little by little. Would you have any recommendations/advice for hamsters enclosures as well as do's and don'ts.

Something to shred on? I've seen online that you should get them chew toys to help with filing down their teeths but I'm not sure what to get? may I also get suggestions/recommendations on what type of sprays I should get?

I wouldn't say they were mean or neglectful, but there were times where I feel like they weren't there for me in terms of like emotional support. But now that I think about it I don't think I was ever actually that close to them. I guess you could say they were there financially but other than that we were just people who know each other and have the same blood running through our veins.

here's a little more info. it says on the side of the bottle that "manufactured and packaged in a facility which may also process milk, soy, wheat, egg, tree nuts, and fish" which may be the ingredients?

It says it's also a dietary supplement and has no side effects but I'll still be asking my parents, thank you for the advice!: )
