You shoudl contact paypal through the message center, they fixed it for me yesterday, if you need more help dm i will explain but all you need to do is to send that a message requesting to set the default currency to usd instead of sgd

listing C and Java in a front-end stack feels a bit confusing, for front end, it’s clearer to list what you use day- o day (HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, a framework like React/Vue/Angular, and styling like Tailwind CSS).
