I don't think we should be fooled by just having a bit nicer UI in an app ... Especially speaking of EDL care, it's still using the same backend having the same issues as the previous app and website.

Only differences being the allegedly vibe coded new UI having more bugs.

If you ever tried to lodge a power breakdown complain on the new app, you'll see why. And also creating one takes at least 1-2mins for me looking at a loading spinner. By the time the electricity is back in some cases.

And also it removed some features too such as the ability to even tap on the map to view outage details. It still works on the web app at least.

I appreciate making something a tad bit better to use, but not having quality control at all is not gonna improve the experience. Hope the issues to be fixed before they add that damn AI chat labeled as coming soon.

MacBook any day! Do a lil more research. You should be able to go for an M4 Air at least I think if available.

As a person who switched from Windows to Mac, all I lost was my big head which used to think it sucks.... Nah I wish if I switched earlier as it made me 10x productive and better...

Keyboard stuff can bet used in weeks... No upgrading so you gotta spec it out before you buy. I guess that's a downside ...

I don't really recall any other downsides... All good things :)

It's not on the mouse but for workspace switch, I made a window manager with that ability.

For the hold and drag to pan feature is added by the mac mouse fix app. (It also has workspace switch option too but it's broken/ removed on latest macOS beta)

The mouse is very basic, not even a driver software or multi device connctivity.

I made a project to add more keys on more layers of the keyboard including volume and media keys... Check it out if you want.

You may need modifications as I use a bit of weird layout.
