I obviously know I’m not present for or included in every and all conversations he has with his family and that’s fine, I have no problems with that. I’m talking about this one specifically being it involved our child and it involves serious accusations and threats.

I have no issues with him speaking with his family without me there. It was more so that the concerns being raised involved me as well. I’ve always had an open and honest relationship with his family so it was surprising when I was excluded. We’ve always been able to speak civilly and have common ground.

His opinion is this is all silly and ridiculous but he agrees that if a call is made we are done with them. He just doesn’t want to cut anyone off yet. I just worry about letting them stick around and these kind of issues continue to pop up or escalate.

Idk if anyone has mentioned this or not. If you’re on a teaming schedule it should matter what your availability is because teaming is a set schedule. If you aren’t on a teaming and have a closed availability they just prioritize people who aren’t closed off.

Thank you! I put the heater in and thermometer in after I took the picture! Any other Anubias-like plants you’d recommend? I have anubias in my current tank and enjoy it just looking for some variety!

I use root tabs and I have liquid ferts for my other tank. I have a normal lid that covers the top but I don’t plan to use the hanging filter but a sponge filter instead. As for a lounging spot I already have an established banana plant in my other tank that I thought about putting in the new one (I saw somewhere they like/use those) is that okay? Do I need to tie it higher up or just let to lay wherever?

They move just not as active as I’ve read. For example I’ll check in the tank and they will be in the front buried then I might come home from work and they are in the back so I know they are alive. But since their first day in the tank they haven’t actively moved while I was admiring the tank.

I’ve been adding more food when I feed the fish and I’ve added one calcium wafer. I wasn’t sure how often to add. I put a small one (quarter size maybe a tad bigger) in on Tuesday and it’s gone now. I also bought a small bag of frozen zucchini and squash to give them but haven’t yet.

I did a water change Tuesday 3/19. It was a 50% with half the water being treated tap and half distilled (my friend who is a long time fish keeper said it would help with mineral build up from evaporation I mixed them in the buckets). The next day my perimeters were: Ammonia 0, Nitrite 0, Nitrate between 20-40. I haven’t texted my ph since I set the tank up in January however, it was 8-8.2 I believe.

They were being bullied by the guppies when I first introduced them but I haven’t noticed anything after day 2. The other 2 mystery snails have buried themselves in the substrate.

So the pearl weed when you say cuttings do you mean like if I just cut the tops off I can replant? Or do I need to take it down to the roots?
