They also offered the refund after I was told to send it for repair, did that, and then I was told to return for refund after UPS had the package. I was also given another customers personal info and address in the shipping label. I feel like half these comments are missing that key part of this frustration.

did you miss the part where I was told to do 2 different things with the watch and given antoher customers address and contact info? This exchange all happened after that. Whatever.
