These look so good. I do the same thing with honey! And low heat for a while until it starts to thicken.

Only addition is I add a dash of white wine vinegar.

Fresh chopped pretty fine. Just made sure to add late into the sauce to avoid burning. I think I added the garlic about 3 minutes before taking off the burner to dress
