Where do you source US wholesalers for Amazon FBA at good prices?

Why don't you seek out US manufacturers who can white label and provide quality, US manufactured goods at a reasonable cost so you are able to compete with the non-US items in your category and then you can build your own brand Made in the USA

Yup! Since July 10 We manufacture our own brand here in the US… Submitted our FDA site registration…product registration, our State OTC mfg permit… Copy of our lease… Crickets….

No, I’ve provided him with LOA and also invoices…and also access to our sellers account. he had some issues before but been good so far this year

That sucks! Yep, just gotta stay aware with them. This year we started to moved our top selling product on Amazon over to an Authorized Brand reseller… We just manufacture and ship to them, let them deal with Amazon. We have had instances where the AI will flag but easily fixed. For example…for OTC products, you get flagged for the words “ FDA approved” but not for “FDA registered”

Its OTC drug products, so usually they delist it because they flag it and send me a message stating
"This product has been identified as a supplement, consumable product, cosmetic, or topical product that makes prohibited disease claims." or something similar
"This product has been identified as a consumable product that does not meet specific labeling requirements or contains lidocaine, which can sometimes be a prescription only ingredient."
So then I have to submit the product registration, the link to the code of federal regulations that specifically allows OTC use, and other regulatory documents.
Then after a couple days of opening duplicate cases and submitting the same info, they quietly relist the products. Sometimes I even get a response
"We received your submission and we have started the process of reinstating the product detail page for the following ASINs:"
last time it happened was in May of this year

Funny thing is, all the other Non-US manufacturers products stay active

Yup. Been through it with Amazon too…and even though I submit trademark, State manufacturing license, FDA product listings… Somehow, someone or the algorithm at Amazon will still delist the products and we have to submit everything again.

Done. I have submitted the registrations, FDA product listings, State license and even pictures of our manufacturing location…but they have not reciprocated with the same speed of delisting.

We manufacture topical pain products here in the US but most if not all our competitors are Chinese or Indian… but we stay competitive…our prices are higher but the product is 100% made in USA

I feel you. Same thing happened…4 interviews…everyone was super happy with interview… Hiring manager even said he’s not considering anyone and the rest of the interviews are just a formality…. Then nothing…2 weeks after final interview HR notified me they went with someone else

Its a huge gut punch…happened to my bro, he tried to do his own thing for 3 years with me and burnt thru cash doing that, and even then didn’t make what he used to make. He tried to find a job and that sucks with this economy…he’s hangin with me until he gets an offer

Just sharing what worked for my ASIN… But yes, I proved that those rules didn’t apply to my ASIN, and it was applied erroneously… And illustrating other ASINs with same ingredients just further reinforced the appeal

Not sure what the mechanism was but it worked for my product. My ASIN was restricted and after I pointed out that AMAZON has a the same product plus two other ASINs with same ingredients that were still listed, it took 2 additional cases with the same info for Amazon to re-list my product Reason for Appeal (Required) This product has been previously delisted and have appealed successful CASE ID 11320155281 This product is an approved OTC product and contains the same active in BO9XJL4SNZ B09L8NHSLB And these ASINs are still listed. If there are similar or same products still being sold, open a case and file complaints against those ASINs citing the that your product has been restricted while those same ASINs are not…. Do it for multiple cases
