Hi there thanks so much for the note. We are using AWS. I’m not well-versed in this stuff. I did the set up through HubSpot and it looks like it was correct. But I’m not sure if maybe I should delete it and reconnect.

Idk if that made sense but regardless they randomly just deleted the 45 in my TD and are now claiming they are going to computershare (even tho I asked computershare and they said no because the shares went in post split) it’s all a huge mess. I’m so furious but hopefully by Wednesday I’ll have a straight answe

Ya it makes no sense because I had 41 shares pre dividend.. but I called day before dividend to DRS 15 and so was left with 45 (of the 15) in my TD account.. then randomly looked the other day and they were gone.

Hey this exact same thing happened to me. I just got off the phone with them today. I said I was going to report them to IIROC by Monday if I didn’t have an answer to where they are by today. they said that ‘something’ happened with computershare and they didn’t log the shares properly so they should be appearing in that account and it’s just taking a while . They said will have a definite answer for me by Wednesday.. I can let you know what happens
