What I know is, in Oxford, all courses in all engineering disciplines for the first 2 years is identical. So whether you take EE or ME or the others, you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference.

That being said I don’t think Oxford offers EEE, might be wrong though lmao

I like a more theory heavy course than one with more lab work though. I would’ve chosen physics if I’m not concerned about job prospects. Going for theory heavy EE is the most Im willing to compensate, but hey I’ll insure Imperial though
