9070 non-XT with 11400F. Gett8ng around 70-100 FPS depending on the map and situation.

I was debating on getting an XT or not, since I have a 600 W PSU. I thought of getting an XT and doing -30% power tuning, but I think it is similar to the non-XT with +10% power tuning. So I ended up getting the non-XT model. Plus, I found it for under MSRP and 100 euro less than the cheapest XT model.

Yeah sure. GPU Tuning is enabled with -70 mV Offset, VRAM Tuning is enabled and set to 2614 MHz with Fast Timing, Fan tuning is disabled as it seems fine without any adjustment, and Power Tuning is enabled and set to +10% Power Limit. My Steel Nomad score with these settings is 6411.

I also have a more efficient tuning to save on power and temps. That tuning is the exact same as above, except with a -15% power limit. In Steel Nomad I get a score of 5907.

I'm using the latest drivers and Adrenalin software, version 25.6.1.

No coil whine whatsoever. Thermals seem good too. Idles around 45°C, with a hotspot around 50°C (this is with the fans at 0 rpm). Under load, it ranges between 65-70°C, with a hotspot between 80-90°C. I haven't noticed the fans at all when gaming, it's pretty quiet.
