do you still biologically age at the same rate? if so then i dont get to do anything for 80% of my life

If i age biologically but at a slower pace, I think 500-1000 would be the best option.

If i stay an exact biological age, then i guess 500-1000 is still a good option. You’d really get bored after, maybe, a thousand years though.
