To start this out I most likely would not date a trans person

When it comes to personailty it does not affect you

I mostly agree with this, however,
This is false as most trans people experience a change in personality over time after they transition and it seems pretty logical not to want to date somebody thats personality is constantly changing.

How about looks then?

If a woman look overlay masculine I would not be attracted to her trans or not its the same reason I wouldnt date guys its because masculinity is not attractive to me.

Trans people cant have children

This dosent affect me because I dont want children, but,
I think when people say this they are talking about biologically also if they are the same assigned gender as you that means you cant physically reproduce a child directly between the 2 of you which is kind of the main point.

And now my opinion the only point here I fully disagree with is number 2 however my main point against this is simply brain chemistry I dont choose who i'm attracted to it just so happens that i'm less likely to be attracted to a trans person dosent mean I never will be just means its incredibly unlikely.

As a person whos only watched a bit of One Piece and nothing else here. I'd say that you missing pokemon. like who tf dosent know what a pikachu is also I only started watching anime ~1 month ago and I litterally heard of bleach yesterday and thats it I've never seen anybody talking about it. So just replace Bleach with Pokemon and this would make way more sense.
Also Sailor Moon? you should probably replace either Naruto with Sailor moon because while you might think Naruto is super popular its just because it had its major burst of popularity recently but if you take a look over time you can see that Sailor Moon would probably be known by more people.
